Description
Air University Library requires a contractor to manage subscriptions for 131 print, digital, and online periodicals and related memberships. The scope includes ordering and renewing domestic and foreign serials, serving as the library’s fiscal agent with publishers, processing refunds and credits, facilitating access and delivery claims, and providing subscription status notifications and administrative support. The contractor must provide detailed title, volume, issue, dispatch, financial, and renewal reports; a secure web-based serials management system; electronic data interchange capabilities compatible with the Alma library services platform; web and email claims services; and quarterly outstanding-claims reporting. The requirement also includes support for multiple ship-to addresses, electronic-access information, publisher and licensing details, and annual title changes. This is a sources-sought notice only; it expressly states that no solicitation exists and that respondents should not submit proposals.
