Description
Frederick Area School District is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to provide complete HVAC improvements at district facilities. The scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, installation, controls, ventilation improvements, CO2 monitoring and control, testing, balancing, commissioning, and related work necessary to deliver a complete and operational HVAC system in accordance with the solicitation and project specifications. The solicitation and specifications may be obtained from the district Business Office or by contacting the Business Manager. Proposals must be sealed, clearly marked “HVAC Improvements - RFP,” and submitted by the stated deadline.
