Description
The Davison County Highway Department is issuing a public notice of foreclosure summons for property located at 505 Lincoln Ave, Frankfort, SD 57440. The plaintiff is Idaho Housing and Finance Association. The summons requires appearance within 30 days after service and must be published four times on July 9, 16, 23, and 30, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for publishing the legal notice in accordance with state requirements.
