Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for two units of NSN 6550-01-591-0962, a Quidel QuickVue Plus One Step HCG Combo human chorionic gonadotropin detection kit. Each kit must contain 30 tests, detect HCG at 10 mIU/mL sensitivity in serum and 20 mIU/mL in urine, provide results in three minutes for urine and five minutes for serum, use a four-drop sample size, and be stored at 59°F to 86°F (15°C to 30°C). The item is FDA-regulated and identified as Quidel Corp. part number 00178, CAGE 0TH42. The quotation must satisfy the stated 21-month, non-extendable shelf-life requirement, with no more than three months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. Packaging, marking, inspection, domestic-material, and medical-supply requirements apply. Alternate products require complete technical data for evaluation. Delivery is required within 20 days after order, FOB destination, with two separate purchase requests for one kit each.
