Description
This Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA) is issued by the Government of Canada to establish non-binding supply arrangements for non-IT task-based professional services. The TSPS method of supply allows federal departments to compete requirements among pre-qualified suppliers. Services covered include various professional categories such as consulting, management, and technical services, with work to be performed across Canada (excluding areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements). The supply arrangement is valid until July 4, 2028, and new suppliers can pre-qualify quarterly. Bids must be submitted via the Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS) e-Portal.
