Description
Galveston County is soliciting proposals from qualified grant services consultants to provide comprehensive administration for the Texas General Land Office's Community Development Block Grant Mitigation Reallocation Program. The scope includes project scope development, application services, grant and project management, environmental review services, and acquisition services when applicable. The selected provider or providers will also support implementation of grant-funded programs and perform grant compliance, monitoring, and reporting activities required to satisfy state and federal requirements. The county may award multiple contracts or make no award. The formal solicitation identifies the detailed submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and deadlines; the posting identifies a required PDF proposal and attached required forms.
