Description
The City of Clearwater is soliciting bids for the Edgewater Drive Park Renovation project. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of existing asphalt pavement and concrete sidewalk, construction of an expanded parking facility, reconstruction and widening of the sidewalk to 10 feet, installation of a stormwater pond, site furnishings (benches, waste receptacles, drinking fountain, bike repair station), landscaping, and regulatory/informational signage. The contract period is 6 months or 150 consecutive calendar days with substantial completion by March 2027. All quantities are estimates; the city is not obligated to purchase any minimum or maximum amount.
