The Lafourche Parish School Board is soliciting sealed bids for a land-only campsite lease covering approximately 0.275 acres at Lot BR-8, Section 16, Township 19 South, Range 22 East, in the Bayou Raphael area. The parcel measures approximately 100 feet by 120 feet. The recommended minimum bid is $500 per lot per year, and bidders may propose annual rentals, an initial bonus with reduced annual rentals, or prepayment for the initial 10-year term. Bids will be evaluated using net present value discounted at 7%.
