Description
The City seeks bids to provide labor, materials, and equipment to replace approximately 3,785 square feet of flooring in the stadium's suite-level areas, including diamond suites, the press box, offices, a conference room, a hallway, a kitchen, and an elevator vestibule. Work includes removing and disposing of existing carpet, moving and returning furniture as needed, preparing the floors, installing glue-down vinyl plank flooring (Patcraft TimberGrove II, Mooreland V4, or an equivalent 20-mil product), and installing 4-inch thermoplastic rubber cove base. The bid price must include attic stock equal to 5% of the installed flooring area and construction-waste removal and disposal.
