Description
Humble Independent School District is issuing a rolling Request for Proposal to establish a pool of qualified vendors for general merchandise. The district seeks companies capable of supplying a comprehensive range of products to support administrative functions, educational activities, facility maintenance, and student services. Eligible items include appliances, audio and visual equipment (non-instructional), cafeteria service support items, facility maintenance and custodial supplies, furniture, industrial equipment and tools, material handling equipment, medical equipment and supplies (excluding AEDs), office supplies and equipment, refrigeration parts and accessories, and rental services. The contract will be in effect from award date through August 11, 2028, with the last date to respond for consideration being April 11, 2028 at 2:00 PM CT. Awards will be made on a rolling basis, and vendors previously awarded under earlier versions of this RFP need not reapply.
