Description
The City seeks proposals to replace existing sports-field and exterior lighting at 11 park and sports-facility locations with new LED systems. The selected vendor must provide labor, equipment, materials, fixtures, wiring, and related services; remove and dispose of existing components; integrate new fixtures with existing controls; and leave each awarded system operational. Pricing must be provided separately for each location, and the City may award some or all locations based on available funding. Proposal content must include a photometric study for each location, proposed equipment specifications, installation equipment, warranty information, a project-specific implementation plan and schedule, and projected energy savings. Work includes nighttime fixture aiming, foot-candle testing, commissioning, required permits and inspections, closeout documentation, and staff training. The scope also calls for at least five percent attic stock for each awarded location, a minimum 10-year lighting-system warranty, a minimum one-year labor warranty, and at least 90 days of post-installation support.
