Description
Humble Independent School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide preventive maintenance, inspection, diagnostic, and repair services for swimming pool equipment at five district high schools. Services include quarterly preventive maintenance; semiannual replacement of chemical-pump clay weights and tri-roller assemblies; as-needed sand-trap filter maintenance; and diagnostic and repair services for circulation pumps, chemical-feed systems, controllers, sensors, and related components. Replacement parts must be new and compatible, with manufacturer-authorized parts used when available. Routine pool-treatment chemicals are generally excluded unless specifically authorized. The solicitation requests pricing for quarterly and semiannual maintenance visits, as-needed filter maintenance, circulation-pump replacement and repair, labor rates, trip charges, and discounts from manufacturers' published list prices. Vendors must provide written estimates before authorized repairs and warrant labor for at least 90 days. The opportunity is structured as an approved-vendor-list arrangement with purchases made on an as-needed or annual basis; placement on the list does not guarantee work volume. Three to five school district or higher-education customer references are requested and scored. Work may require access to district campuses and compliance with school-site safety, background-check, fingerprinting, and asbestos-notification requirements.
