The Fleet Readiness Center Aviation Support Equipment site requires annual industrial hygiene and noise surveys at Building 559, including air sampling for lead, metals, formaldehyde, and respirable dust; surface-wipe and personal-wipe sampling for lead, hexavalent chromium, and cadmium; noise monitoring; and visual inspections of engineering controls and personal protective equipment. Samples must be handled under chain of custody and analyzed by an appropriately accredited American Industrial Hygiene Association laboratory. The work also includes assessment of Building 559, Room 113, an ISO Class 8 clean room, including cleaning practices, HEPA filtration, particle counts, ventilation and air changes, pressure differentials, temperature, and relative humidity. The contractor must provide reports, analytical data, photographs, notes, recommendations, and employee notification letters, with a Certified Industrial Hygienist available to perform the work. The contract is a firm-fixed-price award with one base year and three one-year option years; Amendment 0001 adds subcontracting limitations, updates the offer instructions, and requires CMMC Level 1 (Self) status before award.
