Description
The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority is requesting proposals from experienced property maintenance companies to provide routine and as-needed lawn and yard maintenance, including grass cutting, lot clearing, and debris removal. The work will cover approximately 703 Louisiana Land Trust properties transferred to the Authority, approximately 170 other Authority-owned properties, and additional properties identified by the Authority. The Authority expects to award contracts to one or more responsible offerors based on price and technical factors. Proposals must be submitted electronically through an assigned Microsoft OneDrive shared folder. A virtual pre-submission meeting is scheduled, and written questions must be submitted before the stated deadline.
