Description
The City of Dublin seeks a qualified consultant to develop and implement a grant strategy and provide ongoing grant writing services to secure federal, state, and regional funding for municipal projects, programs, and initiatives. Priority areas include public works, transportation and capital improvements, community development and affordable housing, public safety and disaster preparedness, technology and cybersecurity, and related policy areas, with the Dublin Boulevard Extension identified as the immediate priority. The selected consultant will identify and monitor funding opportunities; develop strategic funding plans; prepare, revise, and submit grant applications; coordinate with City staff and subject-matter experts; track application status; provide monthly meetings and reports; advocate with funders; and support post-award administration, compliance, and follow-up on unsuccessful applications. The City anticipates a three-year agreement with up to two additional one-year extensions. Proposals are limited to 30 single-sided pages, excluding specified items, and must include a cover letter, firm and personnel qualifications, approach and methodology, project team information, a three-year schedule, compensation rates and budget, and at least three recent similar-work references.
