Description
The Town of Minerva is soliciting sealed bids for insulation work at an approximately 30-by-40-foot, single-story gym building. The contractor must install UPC closed-cell HFO spray foam insulation to the underside of the roof plywood at R-49 for the ceiling and to the inside of the wall plywood at R-26 for the walls, including the wall adjoining Town Hall, which is treated as an exterior wall for insulation purposes. Bidders must submit proof of all applicable insurance requirements with their bids. Plans and specifications are available for review at Minerva Town Hall. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
