Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES is soliciting proposals for dedicated, symmetrical leased WAN transport connecting three locations: 230 Ballard Road and 267 Ballard Road, Suite 5, in Wilton, New York, and 4 Tower Place, Second Floor, in Albany, New York. Respondents may propose 2 Gbps, 5 Gbps, or 10 Gbps bandwidth using leased lit fiber or an equivalent solution, with point-to-multipoint Layer 2 E-LAN connectivity between all listed sites. The scope includes circuit construction and installation, required fiber-related cabling and infrastructure, utilization and performance metrics upon request, and 24/7/365 network-engineer support. Proposals must include monthly recurring and non-recurring costs for one-, three-, and five-year service options, provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number or proof of application, and comply with E-Rate, Lowest Corresponding Price, covered-equipment, New York Education Law 2-d, and data-security requirements. The solicitation requests proposal certifications, references, a data-security/confidentiality agreement, E-Rate supplemental terms, a signed RFP Signature Page, and a completed Pricing Proposal Sheet.
