Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES is seeking proposals for two Category One Internet Access and Data Transmission services, with minimum capacity of 2 Gbps and maximum capacity of 10 Gbps. The requested services include installation and initial configuration. Proposals must offer the Lowest Corresponding Price and comply with applicable E-Rate procurement requirements, including restrictions on covered telecommunications equipment and services under FCC rules. Vendors proposing equipment affected by tariffs must identify those products and propose a methodology for limiting price adjustments over the contract term. Any temporary demonstration equipment loans must be clearly identified as limited-duration arrangements.
