Description
The City of Los Angeles is seeking a quote for nine new and unused Canon 12x36 IS III binoculars, manufacturer/SKU numbers CA 12X363 or 9526B002, or substantially compliant equivalent products. Bidders must provide unit and extended pricing, identify the manufacturer and part number quoted, and disclose any deviations from the specifications. Complete illustrative and technical data, drawings, and/or printed literature must accompany the quotation. The quotation must include delivery terms, delivery time, warranty information, and applicable freight details. The City desires delivery within seven calendar days after receipt of the order and may request product samples before award at no cost to the City. Bidders must complete and upload pages 1–8 of the RFQ Clauses and Comments, including the required vendor information, certifications, and authorized distributor/dealer self-certification. All bids must be submitted electronically through the Los Angeles Vendor Self Service website by the stated closing time.
