Description
The National Institutes of Health is seeking one Transscleral Flood Illumination (TFI) add-on module for the rtx1 Adaptive Optics Retinal Camera. The module extends the camera's imaging capabilities beyond photoreceptors, enabling microscopic visualization of small retinal structures for research into retinal anatomy, pathology, therapy, clinical trials, and cellular-level monitoring of ocular disease progression. The requirement includes one module, shipping, and one tariff charge. Offerors must provide unit and total pricing, shipping and handling costs, delivery timeframe after award, delivery terms, F.O.B. point, applicable product or catalog numbers, and a product or service description. Responses must also include the offeror's UEI, TIN, business-size certification, and completed FAR 52.212-3 representations and certifications. Award will be made on a best-value basis, with technical factors outweighing cost; the acquisition is full and open and is not set aside for small businesses.
