Richmond Public Schools is seeking an architectural or engineering firm through competitive negotiation to provide professional design services and construction administration for replacing the existing Woodville Elementary School with a Net Zero Energy facility. The opportunity is for the design and administration of a new Career and Technical Education Center facility associated with the project.
