Description
The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium seeks construction services to replace a failed septic system serving one residence. Work includes installing a new conventional septic system with a 1,000-gallon septic tank, sewer service lines, a distribution box, and a bed-style absorption field with infiltrator chambers, gravel, sand, insulation, and related components. The contractor must also decommission the existing septic system, complete site clearing, grading, cleanup, landscaping, seeding, and startup, and provide daily logs, construction photographs, and as-built drawings. The work must follow the project plans and technical specifications; substantial completion is due by July 31, 2027, and final completion by August 15, 2027.
