Description
Cooper Landing Community Library is seeking proposals for broadband internet access and transport at multiple bandwidth levels, from 25 Mbps to 5 Gbps where available. Fiber and non-fiber solutions are acceptable, and bidders must specify download and upload speeds, transport methods, contention or dedicated-circuit status, data limits, and any required leased equipment. Pricing must itemize recurring and one-time charges, installation, equipment, surcharges, and usage-based fees; a one-year pricing option is required, while multi-year and month-to-month proposals may also be considered. The library also seeks managed internal broadband services, including equipment, software, and licensing to manage its network. Required capabilities include setting user or device bandwidth quotas, monitoring usage, prioritizing or restricting access, and content filtering and malware blocking. Proposals must identify equipment manufacturers, models, and part numbers, distinguish eligible from ineligible costs, and provide complete pricing. Bidders must have a valid SPIN/498 ID and be willing to use discounted billing through the Service Provider Invoice method.
