Description
The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities, Capital District DDSO, is soliciting a quote to remove and dispose of the existing sidewalk and install approximately 320 square feet of new sidewalk at its facility. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, disposal, site cleanup, lawn repair as needed, and quality-control coordination before equipment is removed. Work must generally occur Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at an occupied residence, with tools, materials, and debris secured at the end of each workday. This is a New York State public works project requiring prevailing wages. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor before bidding, and the registration certificate must accompany the quote. A mandatory site visit is required before submitting a quote. The quote must use the provided Official Bid Form and include itemized materials and labor costs; any subcontractor work requires the provided Sub-Contractor Bid Form. The quoted amount must remain valid for 60 days after the bid deadline, and relevant prior experience may be requested.
