Description
SUNY Schenectady County Community College is seeking qualified electricity suppliers and brokers to provide firm, fixed, all-inclusive electricity supply pricing on a $/kWh basis for either a three-year or five-year term. The selected supplier will provide electricity supply, account management, coordination with utilities, and customer service support for approximately 5,500,000 kWh of annual usage across nine electric meters in NYISO Zone F, National Grid/Niagara Mohawk territory. The College prefers dual billing, with National Grid billing delivery charges separately and the supplier billing electricity supply charges. Bidders must submit pricing for both term options, including energy, capacity, ancillary services, transmission, losses, administration, broker compensation, and profit, with no separate fees or adders unless expressly identified and accepted. The submission must include the signed bid form, applicable certifications and forms, evidence of authorization to supply electricity in New York State, an IRS Form W-9, a sample electricity supply agreement, and a sample broker agreement if applicable. Award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible fixed-price quote for the term selected by the College.
