Description
The City of Nixa is soliciting bids for construction of a new sludge basin in accordance with the project summary, plans, supplemental specifications, bid form, and related contract documents. The published question-and-answer document confirms that sludge removal and disposal are not required because this is a new basin. Bidders must submit the completed bid proposal form, bid bond when required, OSHA affidavit, Anti-Demonstration Against Israel affidavit, E-Verify affidavit, and business license application through the specified response process. A bid security bond of at least 5% is required for construction bids of $20,000 or more, and awarded contracts exceeding $20,000 require 100% performance, labor, and materials bonds. Insurance, prevailing-wage where applicable, E-Verify, and OSHA compliance requirements also apply as specified.
