Description
This sealed-bid solicitation seeks miscellaneous electrical utility materials on an as-needed basis, including Elastimold primary splices, bushings, elbows, terminations, arrestors, plugs, and related medium-voltage components; HDPE roll pipe and conduit; secondary electrical pedestals; connector bars and blocks; primary cans, pads, and fiberglass sleeves; and transformer concrete pads. The solicitation lists specified quantities or annual estimates for each item and permits equal products for certain line items while requiring no substitutions for others. Bidders must submit pricing through the City's online bidding system and upload the required Non-Collusion Affidavit. The resulting contract is intended to support participating cooperative members and may be extended to other government entities, school districts, counties, and nonprofit entities. The initial term runs through June 30, 2027, with four annual renewal options, subject to acceptable pricing and performance. Delivery dates must be stated, and pricing must account for a 3% transaction fee payable by the purchasing cooperative.
