Description
Stillwater Utilities Authority is soliciting bids from qualified manufacturers, suppliers, and authorized distributors to furnish and deliver specified steel transmission poles. The bid schedule includes tangent and dead-end pole configurations in multiple lengths, embedment depths, pole classes, and quantities across packages TN-01 through TN-05 and DE-01 through DE-05. Composite transmission poles will not be accepted as an alternative. Pricing must include prepaid freight and delivery on an FOB destination basis to a location within Stillwater or Payne County, Oklahoma. Bidders must provide delivery lead time, complete the online bid response and pricing lines, and submit the required Purchase Agreement, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Business Relationships Affidavit, and Firearm Entity Non-Discrimination Affidavit. Bidders may also submit proposed exceptions or vendor terms through the response attachments tab.
