Description
The City of Edmond is seeking qualified vendors to provide pavement assessments for use with Cityworks and GIS in support of its Pavement Management Program. The solicitation includes comprehensive pavement condition surveying and assessment, deflection testing, Pavement Condition Index ratings, roadway surface and pavement-marking information, and evaluation of selected city streets. The work also includes project management, testing-plan development, continuous data collection, GIS and pavement-management-system integration, staff training, and delivery of prioritization and maintenance-planning tools. Proposals must address data security, cloud storage, quality assurance, staffing, references, and pricing. The contract is anticipated to be renewable annually by mutual agreement.
