Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order to Comark (CAGE 7R197) on a Sole Source basis for twelve (12) military-grade Bridge Display Units (BDU), Part Number 51-16563-311. This restriction is due to interoperability requirements, undue cost in time and dollars for certification of other suppliers' products, and potential violation of intellectual property rights. The required delivery is a period of performance of 14 Weeks A/D/C. Offers must be received on or before June 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Items must be sourced directly from the OEM and/or OEM authorized channels only. Gray market items will not be accepted. All deliveries must be shipped from the US; dropshipping is unacceptable. The government reserves the right to terminate for cause if items are not in new condition or are delivered from outside the US. This procurement is unrestricted.
