Description
The City of Port St. Lucie is soliciting armored-car services for secure collection, custody, transport, and deposit of City funds. The awarded contractor will provide one pickup per service day at six locations, three days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, during a 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. service window. The contractor must provide trained and licensed personnel, armored vehicles, security procedures, chain-of-custody documentation, deposit confirmation by the next business day, and all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision. The scope also includes as-needed cash-for-cash change-order services and retrieval and transport of funds from a designated bank location. The initial contract term is two calendar years from execution, with three one-year renewal options. Bidders must submit pricing through the electronic bidding system and provide the required forms, licenses or certifications, insurance documentation, and bid security.
