The U.S. Department of Homeland Security intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Bradley Technologies, Inc., for armed Protective Security Officer services at the IRS complex in Austin, Texas. The action would modify the existing indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and permit task orders for the necessary period, not to exceed seven months. The stated period is November 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027.
