Description
Paradise Valley Unified School District is seeking a qualified partner to conduct a collaborative, evidence-based assessment of its Information Technology Department. The work includes evaluating organizational structure, staffing, service delivery, resource allocation, operational complexity, governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, data and analytics, telecommunications, instructional technology, and emerging technology needs. The selected contractor will establish and analyze comparable peer districts, prepare a current-state assessment, identify findings and opportunities, develop future-state organizational and staffing recommendations, and produce a prioritized implementation plan with estimated costs, savings, staffing implications, and dependencies. Deliverables include a final written report, executive summary, supporting benchmark data, recommended organizational structure, and presentation to District leadership and/or the Governing Board. The response must include the proposed methodology, timeline, team qualifications, comparable assessment experience, itemized fixed pricing, and conflict-of-interest disclosures.
