Description
The City of Brentwood is seeking Statements of Qualifications from a mechanical engineering firm to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the HVAC system serving its indoor firing range, document existing deficiencies, and develop detailed plans and specifications for a reengineered or replacement system. The work must address ventilation, airflow, air quality, applicable safety and environmental requirements, and the range's integration with the rest of the facility. Existing test-and-balance data is available. The selected firm will coordinate with City officials and other project stakeholders, oversee implementation during construction through site visits and quality-assurance inspections, and perform start-up testing. Statements of Qualifications must address the firm's qualifications and experience, approach, project team, conflicts of interest, references, and any exceptions to the proposed professional-services contract.
