Description
The Town of Islip Community Development Agency seeks qualified general contractors to perform home repair renovations at privately owned residential properties. Contractors must hold a Suffolk County license and carry workers’ compensation, disability, general liability, contractual liability, and automobile liability insurance; the bid package specifies coverage amounts and additional-insured requirements. Bidders must provide five references for recent work. Bid and performance bonds are required for bids exceeding $100,000. Minority- and female-owned businesses are encouraged to bid.
