Description
Building Better Communities, Inc., an affiliate of the Broward County Housing Authority, is requesting qualifications packages from licensed general contractors for a phased renovation of approximately 200 occupied dwelling units in three residential buildings at Highland Gardens I and II. Residents will remain in place throughout construction, and the work involves two residential properties in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This is Part 1 of 2 and will be used to qualify contractors for a subsequent RFP. Contractors must satisfy the project's bonding and licensing requirements. A site visit is scheduled, attendance is strongly recommended, and qualifications packages must be submitted electronically through DemandStar by the stated deadline.
