Description
This solicitation is for the repair of an Antenna Control Group. The U.S. Navy requires a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 350 days from the date of physical receipt of the asset. Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required. Freight is handled by the Navy. The contractor must provide the quote amount, RTAT, and any capacity constraints if the RTAT is not met. If the item was not previously purchased or prices have increased, documentation such as an invoice or basis of pricing is required. If an asset is determined to be Beyond Repair/Beyond Economical Repair (BR/BER), a T&E fee/price will be negotiated. The award will be issued bilaterally and requires contractor acceptance prior to execution. The solicitation also includes details on contract structure, including the potential for an option quantity increase and price reductions for unexcused delays in meeting the RTAT.
