Description
This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, and services for the preventive maintenance and repair of generators at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The services include scheduled preventive maintenance for all listed generators and necessary repairs to ensure full operational capability, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a 100% HUBZone set-aside procurement with NAICS code 811310 and a small business size standard of $12.5 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J030. The period of performance includes one base year plus four one-year option periods. All submissions must be made electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module at https://piee.eb.mil/.
