Description
The City of Little Rock Fleet Services Department is seeking qualified providers for Wrecker Class A, B, C, and D towing and recovery services for the City's fleet and other vehicles as needed. Respondents must provide a technical proposal, statement of qualifications, cover letter, and executive summary; completed city certifications; Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board certifications for the operating business and each wrecker; and documentation of ownership or a long-term lease for required wrecker equipment. The submission also requires a certificate of insurance naming the City of Little Rock as an additional insured, including statutory workers' compensation, $1,000,000 comprehensive general liability, vehicle liability coverage based on vehicle weight, and $1,000,000 personal-injury coverage. A City of Little Rock business license and Affidavit of Joint Venture are optional when applicable. The opportunity is an ongoing towing requirement with no stated contract period.
