Description
The Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation is soliciting proposals for a statewide term contract for as-needed professional land surveying services issued through project orders. Potential work includes boundary surveys for land acquisitions, topographic surveys for capital improvement sites, alignment studies with plans and profiles, field surveying supporting design documents, easement plats for utility installations, and related services. The contract has a one-year term with up to three additional one-year renewals. Project orders may not exceed $2,500,000 individually, and aggregate project-order fees may not exceed $10,000,000 during a contract term; the agency does not guarantee any project orders. Proposals must include the signed RFP cover page and completed and signed Forms AE-1, AE-1A, AE-2, AE-3, AE-4, AE-5, and AE-6. The agency identifies a 42% small-business participation goal and requires professional liability insurance as evidence of financial responsibility.
