Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management, is soliciting bids for plugging and plating eight orphan wells in Ashtabula County. The scope includes mobilization, access and well-site development, drilling or cleaning out wells, plugging, storage and disposal of generated materials, decommissioning and removal of casing, tubing, well and production equipment and affiliated lines, and restoration of disturbed areas. The solicitation also includes specified quantities of mobilization, demobilization, clearing and grubbing, aggregate and stone, culvert, composite road mats, site safety, absorbent booms, secondary containment, and well-head control. Additional fixed-price items include tree and shrub relocation or replacement and professional mud-engineer services. Bidders must be active on CSP900922 (DAS Index No. MAC110), attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting, and satisfy all other stated responsibility requirements. The project is federally funded and carries additional federal compliance obligations for contractors and subcontractors.
