Description
Erie County is soliciting a bid for one new 2026 Chevrolet 2500HD Silverado, Work Truck configuration, with a 6.6L V8 engine, four-wheel drive, double cab, and specified factory equipment. The vehicle must include dealer-installed multicolor high-intensity grille strobe lights and a Fisher Model 74810 snow plow with an 8- to 10-foot adjustable winged stainless-steel blade. Substitutions are not permitted, and delivery is required within 30 days after award. The bid must include pricing for the Chevrolet Silverado, strobe lights with installation, the Fisher snow plow, and a total price. The submission must include the completed bid form, non-collusion affidavit, and a bid bond or certified/cashier's check equal to 10% of the total bid. The bid form and non-collusion affidavit must be original documents in the bid package; the non-collusion affidavit must be notarized. The county also requires Pennsylvania dealerships to handle Pennsylvania registration, title work, and state inspection.
