Description
Santa Margarita Water District is requesting proposals from California C-57 Well Drilling Contractors to provide on-call, as-needed, time-and-material services for its San Juan Groundwater Plant production wells and associated pumps. The scope may include pump removal and installation; pump and motor inspection, repair, and maintenance; mechanical and chemical well rehabilitation; downhole video inspections; emergency repairs; estimates for equipment repair or replacement; and furnishing parts, materials, equipment, and labor. Work will be authorized through individual task orders, with anticipated task orders ranging from approximately $20,000 to $250,000. The District intends to establish contracts with up to three contractors. The aggregate not-to-exceed amount for the one-year term is $1,000,000, with up to two additional one-year options by mutual agreement. Proposers must hold a valid California C-57 license, be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations before submitting, and demonstrate at least five similar completed projects of $50,000 or more within the past five years. Proposals must include qualifications, relevant project experience and references, key personnel information, equipment availability, a separate cost proposal using the provided fee schedule, a conflict-of-interest disclosure, and an agreement acknowledgment form.
