Description
The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking a turnkey unmanned aircraft system ecosystem consisting of one autonomous heavy-lift precision aerial application UAS, one long-endurance survey and photogrammetry UAS, a unified handheld ground control station capable of simultaneous control of both aircraft, a shared RTK GNSS base station network, flight batteries, rapid-charging equipment, hot-swappable spray and spreader payloads, spare parts, perpetual software licenses, and manufacturer-provided regulatory onboarding services. All airframes, flight controllers, radios, batteries, and payload sensor suites must be manufactured in the United States and comply with the National Defense Authorization Act; systems subject to federal procurement bans are excluded. The system must support offline operation, onboard geofencing, obstacle detection, survey-grade positioning, automated regulatory recordkeeping, and FAA Section 44807 and Part 137 assistance at no additional cost. Equipment must be new, meet or exceed the stated specifications, include manufacturer documentation, warranty information, estimated delivery timing, and maintenance support in the Savannah area. The bidder must be a bona fide wholesale stocking distributor, dealer, or manufacturer and must submit complete pricing and compliance information through the procurement portal.
