Description

Regional School Unit 13 is soliciting proposals for Category 2 internal network equipment and related products and services for seven recipient schools. The requested scope includes network switches, wireless access points and associated licenses, firewall appliances or services and licenses, cabling, connectors, components, shipping, and related software. The district may also consider basic maintenance of internal connections and managed internal broadband services, including software upgrades, patches, technical assistance, and manufacturer maintenance support. Proposals may offer the listed Cisco/Meraki products or equivalent products with sufficient manufacturer documentation demonstrating compatibility and functionality. Vendors must provide detailed pricing separating E-Rate-eligible and ineligible costs, include installation and configuration where applicable, account for a presumed 25% tariff on qualifying foreign-manufactured networking equipment as a separate line item, and submit a statement of work.
