Description
The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, Statewide Procurement Division, is soliciting sealed bids for a statewide contract covering assorted aluminum sign blanks and coated extruded aluminum sign panels. The mandatory price sheet lists numerous square, rectangular, circular, diamond, triangular, shield, octagonal, pentagonal, and other sign configurations in specified dimensions, thicknesses, corner radii, hole patterns, coatings, and quantities. Unit prices must include delivery to Tennessee Colony, Texas, and the contract does not guarantee a minimum purchase volume. Products must comply with Texas Department of Transportation DMS-7110 and ASTM B209-14 requirements. Bidders must submit mill test reports with the bid for each line item, documenting chemical composition limits and mechanical properties. The resulting contract has an initial term through May 31, 2028, with four one-year renewal options through May 31, 2032. Responses must include the completed mandatory price sheet and required state forms, with electronic submission preferred.
