Description
This solicitation is for the construction of water system improvements for the Notla Water Authority in Georgia. The project includes two divisions: Division One involves approximately 2,400 linear feet of 6-inch water line and a 6-inch meter vault. Division Two consists of constructing one above-ground water booster pump station complete with appurtenances. Construction must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days for substantial completion and 120 days for final completion, with a target completion date of October 31, 2026. Bidders must possess a State of Georgia Utility Contractor License and employ a state-certified "Utility Manager" to oversee the work. The work is partially funded by federal funds from the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, making it subject to associated federal laws and regulations, including American Iron and Steel Special Conditions requirements.
