Description
Schuyler County is requesting bids for removal of non-hazardous municipal solid waste from three county-owned locations: the County Office Building, Human Services Complex, and Highway Department. The scope includes front-load containers and scheduled pickups three times weekly, twice weekly, and once weekly, respectively, plus optional pricing for 20-, 30-, or 40-yard box drop-off and pickup, per-ton disposal charges, and additional fees. The recycling portion covers cardboard, office paper, magazines, tin, plastic, and glass at the County Office Building and Human Services Complex, with specified front-load container sizes and recurring service. The contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029. Bidders must use the county bid forms, submit pricing for each contract year, provide certificates of insurance with the bid, comply with applicable New York prevailing-wage requirements, and submit the completed bid pages and insurance certificates in a sealed envelope.
