Description
Alfred University seeks a consulting partner to consolidate and implement its CRM environment using Slate. The scope includes evaluating two Student Success paths—retaining EAB Navigate with integration to Slate or migrating Student Success fully to Slate—migrating Advancement from Blackbaud, and integrating the resulting environment with Ellucian Banner. The selected consultant must address data migration, business-process documentation, configuration, integrations, reporting, security and permissions, testing, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer. The Q&A clarifies that all relevant historical Student Success data must be migrated if Path Two is selected, Advancement data includes approximately 84,391 constituents, 472,422 gifts, 206,961 actions, 80,474 notes, and approximately 20,000 attached files totaling 13.8 GB, and the solution should support donor portals, online giving, SMS messaging, reporting, and Banner data flows. The proposal must include separate technical and cost submissions, address both Student Success paths, provide implementation planning and pricing, and include the proposer’s standard MSA as the draft contract. The University identifies January 2028 as the Student Success target go-live and July 1, 2028 as the hard deadline for full Advancement operation.
