This sources sought notice seeks authorized businesses capable of providing recurring diagnostics, preventative maintenance, inspections, and unscheduled repair services for the government’s ATV, UTV, and snowmachine fleets. Required work includes oil and filter service, inspections and adjustments of engines, clutches, brakes, suspension, drive systems, belts, tracks, fluids, lights, and related components; manufacturer recall checks; electronic diagnostics; trouble-code analysis; system and sensor verification; firmware and technical-bulletin review; fault resolution; and diagnostic health reports. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the work at its own service facility. The facility must be within a 30-mile radius of Fairchild Air Force Base. Repairs beyond preventative maintenance require government approval, with parts reimbursed at cost plus no more than a 10% markup. This is a sources sought notice for market research and planning only; pricing is not requested and responses will not result in a contract award.
